What are the advantages of plasma metal cutting?

Speed Cutting

Often far exceeds the capabilities of traditional oxy-gas torches, speeding up the entire machining process

Minimal impact on the material

Thanks to the precise and narrow cutting zone, the heating of the material is reduced, preventing deformations and changes in the structure of the metal

Smooth edges

The use of plasma cutters makes it possible to achieve high-quality edges and even cutting surfaces.

Economy Material

Narrow cutting gap reduces material waste.

Diverse material thickness range

Ability to process a wide range of material thicknesses.

Automation

Process supported by CNC technology, making production easier and faster.

Precision cutting

Ideal for handling complex designs and details.

Plasma cutting - What is plasma cutting?

Plasma cutting is a process that uses a concentrated plasma jet, an ionized gas flowing through an electric arc, to melt metal. The nucleus of the electric arc reaches temperatures in the range of 10,000 to 30,000 °C, which leads to the melting of the metal. Then, the high speed of the plasma jet removes the molten metal, creating a gap in the material.
